Great! CA19-9 down! I've read all you mother story. I don't know if your mother took any alternative therapy and CA19-9 down from 48 to 18 in one month?
She's not been taking anything too out of the ordinary - royal jelly is the most exotic thing I can think of. I suspect (and hope) these number changes are just normal non-cancer related variations.
